Through SacredFrequencies.org, Cali has created a nurturing space for yoga, Reiki, sound healing, meditation, workshops, and retreats—offerings designed to help people slow down, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their inner knowing. Earlier in her journey, she served as an Ambassador for the Save the Children of Tibet project and had the honor of meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama, an experience that continues to inform her heart-centered approach.

Cali is a four-time bestselling author and a seasoned instructor who currently teaches in the Odyssey Program at Johns Hopkins University, with previous teaching roles at Johns Hopkins’ Osher Program and the University of Southern Maine’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Her courses, including Master Your Emotions, integrate sound, Reiki attunements, and mindfulness to offer experiential pathways toward emotional resilience, self-trust, and embodied calm.

At the heart of Cali’s work is the creation of safe, supportive spaces where people can soften, breathe, and remember themselves. Her sound healing experiences are gentle yet powerful invitations to return to the body, quiet the mind, and listen to the wisdom within.
