Last week’s Happy Hour kickoff was an absolute BLAST — so we’re keeping that energy rolling! This Friday, Zumba takes over Happy Hour, and we’re bringing a whole crew of BPDF Zumba instructors together for one big, joyful, ridiculously fun dance party. 💃🎉
One of the things we love most about Zumba at BPDF is that no two instructors — and no two classes — are ever quite the same. Different music. Different rhythms. Different personalities. Different favorite songs. Different flavors of FUN. For this special team-taught class, our instructors will tag-team throughout the hour, each bringing some of the songs and moves they love most to the dance floor.
That means you get more instructors, more styles, more surprises, and a LOT of BPDF energy packed into one class. And with the whole team cheering each other — and YOU — on, this is going to feel less like your average Friday workout and a whole lot more like a party with a cardio problem. 😜🔥
