Confusing name, glorious class. We kick things off with UPLIFT—30 minutes of strength training moves set to iconic tracks that will have you feeling like a total powerhouse. You’ll squat, press, curl, and lunge your way through, but with music so good you might forget you’re working your muscles at all.

Then, just when your arms and legs are fully awake, we flip the switch into SHiNE—30 minutes of high-energy, follow-the-leader dance fitness that’s all joy, sass, and sparkle. Easy-to-follow routines meet infectious pop beats, and before you know it, you’re sweating, smiling, and wondering why every workout can’t end with a dance party.

Taught by the indomitable Meredith, this class is the ultimate 1–2 punch: build strength, then celebrate it on the dance floor.
