Whether you’re hungry for a new physical challenge or looking to exercise your brain with new dance fitness choreography, your sense of adventure is guaranteed to be satiated with Turn Up Dance Fitness!!

Get ready to have fun, sweat, and bop along to a diversified playlist that leads us on a journey through the four different modes that make up the Turn Up workout: Shake, Flex, Work, & Slay. 
Much of the Turn Up choreography is rooted in the styles of Hip Hop, Jazz, and Funk. We begin each number with a firm understanding of the base movements, and then each time we re-visit a combination, the objective is to embellish our moves with our own special sauce. The beautiful factor of this dance fitness format is that the various ways one can turn up their dance moves are infinite! 

All levels welcome! Modifiers will be provided where modifiers are due. 

The Turn Up motto is “if you’re not messing up, you’re not getting into the music enough.”
